In Rise and Shine children instruction involving several ideas or actions. They answer 'how' and 'why' questions about their experiences and response to stories or events.

In Rise and Shine children show good control and co-ordination in large and small movements. They handle equipment and tools effectively.

Health and Self-Care
In Rise and Shine children know the importance of good health by physical exercise and healthy client. They talk about ways to keep themselves healthy and safe. They manage their own basic hygiene and personal needs successfully.

In Rise and Shine children are confidence to try new activities and say why they like some activities more than others. They are confident to speak in familiar group and will talk about their ideas.
